Above All Plumbing Pros is a family-run Fresno shop with its own office team and service crews. The work runs from a dripping faucet and a backed-up drain to remodels, tenant improvements and larger design-build jobs. On a remodel or a repipe we cover the floors, put up temporary walls so dust stays out of the rooms we are not working in, and clean up before we leave.

Fourteen things this shop gets called out for, from a pilot light to new construction. If yours is not on the list, call or text and ask. The answer is often yes.
- 01Water heater repairNo hot water, a cold shower in the rotation, water pooling at the base, or a pilot that will not stay lit.
- 02Water heater replacementGas and electric tanks, replaced and sized to the house rather than to the shelf.
- 03Tankless water heatersInstall, descale, and service for households that keep running the tank dry.
- 04Hydro jettingHigh-pressure water clearing grease, scale, and root mass out of a line instead of poking a hole through it.
- 05Drain cleaningKitchen, bathroom, laundry, and main lines, with the cause looked at and not just the clog.
- 06Sewer line replacementFailed, bellied, or root-crushed sewer lines, dug and replaced.
- 07Camera inspectionSeeing inside the line before anyone quotes you for digging it up.
- 08Leak detectionFinding where water is actually getting out (the wall, the slab, or the yard) before opening anything up.
- 09Whole-home repipesReplacing a failing water system wall to wall, usually because the third leak in a year made the decision for you.
- 10Water softeners and treatmentThe water gets tested first, then a system sized to what your water actually is.

“On a pivotal day of our bathroom remodel, we ran into an unforeseen plumbing issue requiring mega-rerouting of our existing plumbing. Justin, the owner, showed up immediately (since his field supervisor was out sick that day.) I observed how knowledgeably Justin collaborated and advised his tech to determine the best plan of action. Our cost was very fair even with the added unexpected cost of a new water heater. Thanks to you Justin, and to each of your crew for such professional, swift and friendly service!”
Gary CheekGoogle · 4 months ago “Justin is by far one of the best plumbers who has ever worked on my property. He completely redid my sewer lines and added additional water lines to my home, and everything worked perfectly. I'm extremely happy that I chose this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone else Above All Plumbing did a fantastic job, and their crew was professional, friendly, and great to work with.”
Raymond MontezGoogle · 9 months ago “Their price was very competitive with three other plumbers they install floor coverings everywhere and build temp walls to keep the dust out of rooms that are not being affected [...] When the job was completed they have a cleaning service that comes in and will spend the entire day detailing your house, which is called a deep clean absolutely phenomenal job”
John HarperGoogle · 8 months ago “Steve with Above All Plumbing was amazing. He worked very hard on our vintage fixtures to get everything up and running perfectly. He did fantastic work on a very complicated job. Thank you!”

What actually happens when you call.
No phone tree, no dispatch desk reading from a script. Here is the whole sequence, in the order it happens.
- 01
You call or text
Tell us what it is doing, and what it stopped doing. A photo of the tank label or the leak helps more than a paragraph.
- 02
We ask the questions that narrow it down
The point is showing up with the right part on the truck, not showing up twice.
- 03
The work gets done
Repairs, replacements, and installs, carried out by the people who quoted it.
- 04
Questions after the fact
Same number, same people. If something needs looking at again, you know who to call.
Questions worth settling before you dial.
Calling us
What are your hours?
The phone is answered 5:00am to midnight, 7 days a week. If something goes wrong outside those hours, call the same number and say what the water is doing: an urgent problem is the one thing worth a call rather than a message.
Do you offer emergency plumbing service?
Yes. For water going where it should not, or nothing draining at all, call (559) 758-6237 instead of sending a form or an email, because a call is the fastest way to reach the shop. For an emergency, the aim is same-day service.
What should I do while I wait for a plumber?
Shut the water off at the fixture first, and if that does not stop it, at the main shutoff where the supply comes into the house. If water is near outlets, a panel or carpet, cut the power to that area at the breaker. Move what can be moved, put a bucket or towels under the leak, and take a photo, because a photo often says more than a description does on the phone. Then call (559) 758-6237 and say where the shutoff is and what the water is doing.
What areas do you serve?
Fresno and Clovis, plus the surrounding Central Valley. Fresno and Clovis are the primary markets. Larger construction and commercial projects are considered individually and can fall outside the regular service area. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask.
How do I reach you?
Call or text (559) 758-6237, or dial (559) PLUMBER for short, or email AboveAllPlumbing559@gmail.com. For anything urgent, call rather than send a message: a call reaches the shop fastest.
What we do
What kinds of plumbing work do you take on?
Water heater repair and replacement (tank and tankless), hydro jetting, drain cleaning, sewer line replacement, camera inspection, leak detection, whole-home repipes, water softeners and treatment, fixtures, faucets and disposals, remodels and tenant improvements, new construction plumbing, and commercial plumbing and drain cleaning.
Do you handle both residential and commercial plumbing?
Yes. Residential service is most of the work, and the commercial side runs alongside it: drain cleaning and hydro jetting, tenant improvements, and larger build-outs. Both are covered by the same C-36 plumbing license.
Do you offer hydro jetting and sewer camera inspections?
Yes, both. Hydro jetting scours a line with high-pressure water instead of poking a hole through the blockage, and a camera inspection shows the inside of the pipe before and after, so you are looking at the line rather than taking someone's word for it. The two are usually done in the same visit.
Do you repair and install traditional and tankless water heaters?
Yes: repair and replacement, tank and tankless, gas and electric. Replacement is sized to the house rather than to whatever is on the shelf, and tankless units also get descaled and serviced, not only installed.
Do you handle remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction?
Yes. That side of the business runs from a bathroom or kitchen remodel through tenant improvements to larger design-build projects, and it covers rough-in through final trim, working to the drawings. Same license, same shop as the service work.
Can you find a leak without tearing the house apart?
That is what leak detection is for: finding where the water is actually getting out (the wall, the slab, or the yard) before anything is opened up. For drain and sewer lines, a camera inspection shows the inside of the pipe before anyone quotes you for digging.
Do you install water softeners and filtration?
Yes. The water gets tested first, and the system is sized to what the water actually is rather than sold off a shelf.
Money and coverage
Are estimates free, and when does a diagnostic fee apply?
A project estimate is free. A service call is a different thing: when the work is troubleshooting or diagnosis, and the problem has to be found before it can be quoted, that visit carries a charge. Call and we will tell you which of the two your job is.
What warranties come with the work?
Manufacturer warranties vary by product, so what a water heater, a fixture or a treatment system carries comes from its maker rather than from us. We do not advertise a blanket parts-and-labor warranty, because that would promise more than the coverage actually provides. Workmanship coverage depends on the job: ask when you call and the answer is specific to your project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Above All Plumbing Pros, Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured California plumbing contractor: California State License Board license #1053057, C-36 (Plumbing), current and active. You can look the number up in the CSLB register yourself.
Leaking, blocked, or cold.
Tell us what the plumbing is doing. Call or text the same number and you are talking to the people who will do the work.
